Won the lane, lost the map — then found it again at the death.

The Story of This Game

Ember dominated the laning phase against Shadow Fiend with aggressive Flame Guard trades, building a 15-CS lead by 10 minutes. But between 15-25 minutes, three deaths to smoke ganks while farming aggressively on the enemy side of the map allowed SF to close the gap. The game turned at 31:00 when Ember landed a 3-man Sleight of Fist + Fire Remnant combo in the Roshan pit, securing Aegis and breaking high ground immediately after.

Defining Moments

3:42Well played

Solo kill on Shadow Fiend

Flame Guard + Searing Chains at level 3 when SF used Raze to farm ranged creep. 340 burst in 2 seconds — SF had no response.

Suggestion:This is the correct play. Against SF, his razes leave him vulnerable for 2-3s — punish with Chains every time.

17:30Fix this

Smoke gank death — no vision

Farming enemy jungle with no wards, died to 3-man rotation. Lost 450g and Maelstrom timing delayed by 90 seconds.

Suggestion:When crossing the river past 15 min, check if enemy supports are visible. If 2+ are missing, assume smoke and pull back to your triangle.

31:00Well played

3-man Rosh pit combo

Sleight of Fist into Rosh pit caught SF, Lion, and Tidehunter. Remnant in → Chains → Maelstrom procs finished Lion. Team secured Aegis.

Suggestion:Great read on the fight timing. Rosh fights with Ember ult are your highest-impact moment — keep looking for these.

How it works

Paste your Match ID

Copy from the post-game screen, Dotabuff, or sign in with Steam to pick from your recent matches.

02

AI reads your replay

We download and parse the actual replay from Valve. The AI reads your combat log, item timings, and fight sequences — not just post-game stats.

03

Get coached

5-section deep dive: laning, teamfights, macro, itemization, draft. Specific moments, specific fixes, ranked by impact.

Not another stat tracker.

Dotabuff shows you died 4 times in lane. We tell you that deaths #2 and #3 were during Maledict windows because you traded into Witch Doctor at melee range — and that if you bait Maledict first, you win that lane.

The difference between stats and coaching is context. We have the context because we read your actual replay, not just the scoreboard.

Stat tracker

“4 deaths in laning phase. 42 CS at 10 min.”

Rearm

“Deaths at 3:42 and 5:15 were both during Maledict — you traded into WD at melee range. Bait Maledict first (8s cooldown), then Chains + Flame Guard for the kill. Your CS was 15 behind at 5 min because of these deaths, but you recovered to only -3 by 10 min, which shows strong mechanics.”

FAQ

How is this different from OpenDota / Dotabuff?

Those are stat trackers — they show you numbers. We use AI to analyze the actual replay and give you coaching: what happened, why it matters, and what to do next time.

Does it work with any match?

Any match from the last ~2 weeks (while Valve keeps the replay available). For older matches, we fall back to stat-based analysis which is still useful but less detailed. You can also upload a .dem file directly.

What ranks does it work for?

All ranks. The coaching adapts to your matchup and role. A Herald carry and an Ancient carry get different advice because their mistakes are different.

How long does analysis take?

About 60 seconds. We download the replay, parse it, and run 5 parallel AI analysis passes. You get a full coaching report.
